Yoga plan for runners looking to enhance existing training sessions with the transformative power of Yoga. More than a weekly 50 minute class, A program designed to help runners enhance performance and reduce the risk of injury - recovery e-book with morning and evening Yoga sequences for home practice, pre-run warm up and post-run sequences, breathing techniques (pranayama), injury prevention and recovery guidance, private community group for tips and advice, free herbal drink and chat after class.
